Pickup happened on time, which I appreciated because I was in a rush, but when I got my box back it was dented up. One of the items inside had a scratch too, so that was frustrating. I didn’t have time to deal with it right then, but it definitely wasn’t great

Pickup was late, and then the dropoff was late too. The whole thing felt like a bit of a mess, honestly. Not the worst experience ever, but come on, get it together

"Arrived fine, just slower than I expected"
Pickupnow did get my order to me, and everything showed up in good shape, so no real complaints there. I just expected it to be a bit quicker based on the name and the overall vibe. The tracking worked fine, but the delivery took longer than I had in mind. I’d probably use them again, just not for anything I need right away

I had an issue and, i wasn’t sure how it was going to go at first. But support ended up sorting it out for me, and the refund came through faster than I expected.

The price was clear right from the start, and there were no hidden fees later on. who wants to deal with surprise charges? It made the whole experience feel simple and straightforward

"Frustrating tracking and slow updates"
I was already a bit stressed that day, so it made it even more frustrating that the tracking barely updated and the messages came through late. I kept having to ask where my pickup was instead of just being able to check it myself.

"Professional Driver and a Fairly Smooth Experience"
I used pickupnow.com last week, and to be fair, the driver really did a great job. He showed up on time, was polite, and handled my stuff carefully, which I appreciated. The only thing I’d point out is that the tracking lagged a little, so that could be improved. But overall, it was a good experience and I felt the service was fair for what I needed.

"Support actually responded fast"
I had a little issue with my pickup time, so I messaged support. they got back to me faster than I thought they would, and they helped fix it without making it a huge hassle. I did have to explain the situation twice, which was a bit annoying, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. To be fair, they were polite and did end up sorting it out, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d use them again

"Pickup scheduling could be better"
Booking the pickup itself wasn’t too difficult, but the available time slots were limited and seemed to keep changing on me. I had to check back a few different times before I could actually lock something in, which got a little annoying. I’ve used a couple of similar services before, and their scheduling felt smoother and more consistent, so this part could definitely use some improvement.
